was pleased at how soon these showed up, even though I used the Free shipping option the socks appeared on-time. I have always enjoyed Hanes' products and these are no exception. A great value, and very comfy.

This merchant took over two weeks to deliver some socks I ordered from them!
When I called to find out more info I get connected to India where they can only quote how long it would take for their "system" to work again.
I called FIVE times at their request and never got any satisfaction!
Luckily the items came yesterday even though the Amazon order screen said it was delivered last week!!! Now that is some bogus info!!
This was a really bad show of service!
