I ordered this item for my father for Christmas and it did arrive in a timely manner. Days before Xmas. He actually liked this product, but it was a little big on him, so I planned to return it. Being that I work @ a UPS Store, I knew shipping it back right away would be impossible.

Upon getting a closer look at the Return/Exchange rules, I find a little surprise. I can't return it now because by the time the package arrived, was wrapped, Xmas came and went, the 5 day period to request an RMA number was over.

Thanks Panda Apparal, for not making that clear on the product page. Most places would extend their return times because they know we wouldnt have enough time to turn around and send it back. Needless to say, I won't be surprised by these guys twice.
